Today, I'm groovin' to the sounds of the REAL beach. :D
Spring is in the air, the sun is shinning and the temp. is 63 right now. The waves are crashing. The sea rats are squawking. And they are in the process of dredging the beach, so lots of goodies to be combed! Sea glass is my most treasured find.

Spring fever is here!! :D:D:D
Ah, life is good.

OMG!! thanks for reminding me!! I heard the sneak preview of the new Gorillaz disc when it was available online a few weeks ago. It sounded amazing!! Damon Albarn is a genius
The whole album is great. I am sure you will love it. I couldn't believe they got Lou Reed to do a song with them. I thought he had been frozen or something!

I wasn't impressed with stylo at all. It didn't sound like gorillaz at all. More like a phil collins/lionel richie combo...
Disagree although I have always been a fan of Mos Def. It does stray a bit from their usual but I hear more of a rave/disco sound then the 80's soft rock/pop you are referencing.

Did you like the older stuff?

Thank you. It is one of the programs I don't mind paying for.
Don't always get what we need, but we make do with what we have. And the tourist sure enjoy having a beach to visit! ;)

At that particular moment, I was typing from the back deck, that faces the ocean.;)
Then I took my happy .... to the sand and plopped it down in a beach chair for the afternoon!
Sounds like a pretty sweet pad. I am only a few miles from the beach myself. I wouldn't mind living at the beach but my choices in doing so are either nosebleed rent or smack in the middle of the ghetto.

Loved the last two albums. And I like mos def too. I'll have to listen to it in whole before I make a solid opinion.

There's no arguing that stylo can hold it's own like the Feel good inc., and Clint Eastwood, the first singles from the last two albums.
