I just had our first
ecig retailer open up here and im not familiar with the model of the cig they use. They told me that its all American and their own model but im finding that hard to believe.
Green nicotine . com is the site.
anyone have any ideas?
The only sure way to tell is a) ask the vendor if this is an E9, or 2) ask the vendor if a 901 atomizer will fit on the battery. - if it fits, it's a Greencig; if it doesn't, it's a E9 (smoke51/greensmoke, etc)
If it's an E9, you'll have problems finding reasonably-priced
batteries for this and, imo, the cartomizers are inferior to the KR's. Most of the E9 batteries have a 3 second cutoff, which is halfway thru a puff basically. Greencig is reportedly a better built cartomizer, but the same issue with the battery - hard to find and short cut-off, although you CAN use a greencig cartomizer on the 901/KR808d-1 battery.
a better model would be the KR808d-1 model - [edit]also compatible with any generic 901 battery - easy to find, very reasonably priced (you'll need a cheap adapter to use 901 batteries with the KR cartomizers) - batteries have longer cut-offs and are even available with a manual 'on' button so you can control length of time. Cartomizers will run you between 8 and 10 plus-or-minus bucks a 5-pk and, imo, are of a better build, batteries are well under $20 apiece.
check out the KR808D-1 forum under 'model specific' for vendors of the KR series and tips and tricks.
hope this helps!
