Same model, but many different model numbers?

There seems to be a lot of "manufacturers" that are really just resellers in China that have the same model of e-cig, but change the model number. This doesn't fool anybody, but I am looking into starting an e-cig business and am having a hard time choosing vendors because of this. For example, how many versions of the same bad model 8084 can they come up with. Change the box and model number and we can't figure it out? Come on. Is there somewhere on this forum a list or running list of model numbers that are the same product with different model numbers from different "manufacturers"? Even if there's not that list already, can we make one here? I always hear that there are three main manufacturers in China where supposedly all of this comes from. Yet, there are literally hundreds of so called "manufacturers" in China. Can anyone fill me in on what's going on here? I like the whole idea of "being able to make your own brand", but when the "manufacturers" do this it gets confusing.

My advice would be to start with one model. I'm trying to catalog the Pen Style. I have a Janty Classic, I ordered a BE:112 from bestecig and they advertised it as being compatible with the Janty, but its not. Its best to start a list of your own, doing one at a time and having people add to the list as you go along.

You didn't find the bestecigs atomizers compatible with the KB? Hmmm....mine have been....but I ordered my atomizers back in Nov....mabye they've changed them since then
