Disclaimer: I'm a total noob and have only used two other juices, both from Top Vapor (mad vapes house brand, I guess) - Sweet Carolina and Root Beer, both 20PG/80VG 24mg. I didn't age/steep either of these. I'm using 900mAh VV eGo type batteries with smok ARO bottom coil clearos and pyrex Vivi Novas... only gear I have at this point.

I received seven different juices today. Five from Vapor Chef, two from Bombies, including one free sample from each and Vapor Chef threw in a little plastic Army man, for some reason. /shrug

I decided to try two of the new ones straight out of the mailbox. First was Bombies 'nana cream(50/50 24mg) which I've read rave reviews about. Didn't have much of a taste but what I did get was the flavor of gross banana flavored bubble gum. The other one I tried was the Vapor Chef Deep Thought (30pg/70vg 24mg) - tasted like smoking a cigarette down to the filter. I had cleaned both clearos and installed brand new coils before switching liquids, for whatever that is worth.

I'm not willing to pass long term judgement on either liquid at this point but I'm sincerely hoping they get better with some aging. I guess both Bombies and Vapor Chef are considered premium brands(?). I've read that Top Vapor is certainly not considered a premium liquid. However, the Sweet Carolina is far better than anything else I've tried so far and the Root Beer wasn't bad either.

I've got some ITC stuff inbound so we'll see how that goes. I'll certainly let those age for a bit since I've now got a bit of a stash. I realize it's all subjective and if all else fails, I can ADV the Sweet Carolina from Top Vapor and continue to experiment.

Both creme/custard and tobacco juices need a lot of steep time, especially if they're a complex blend like deep thought. Throw them under the couch and find them again in a month. I think you'll be much happier.

The other tip I'll give you is that, if you're vaping a stock clearo head/coil, don't expect much of a wow factor from high end juices. High end, complex juices just taste better on a coil rebuilt with cotton vaped at high wattage. In my experience a standard clearo tank set up is going to flatten the flavor if that makes sense. I really found no reason to purchase higher-end juices until I started rebuilding my protank heads and kayfuns.

I use Vapor Chef a lot, and with two exceptions I love their stuff. I have found two things that always help, if not totally make, flavor. Steep, steep, steep. And then steep. And I have also found that juice improves in the tank. I will pour a tank of something, take a hit, and then wonder why I ever liked the stuff. Take a hit the next morning...ahhh, THAT'S why I liked it.

I haven't tried all VC flavors, but my two disappointments among the 10 I've tried and loved were Southern Hospitality and Frosty Peach. To me these two tasted like straw. They are now four months old and I plan to give them another chance.

depending on the viscosity of the juice the time it takes for the air introduced in the mixing process to leech back out varies. generally the thinner juices will settle quicker than thicker juices. the larger the surface area the liquid is exposed to the faster it will settle. this only helps for large orders as small ones you would lose some by surface retention from the container if you chose to set it out in a bowl. for a 5 ml or 10 ml bottle this could be a factor.

I'm a +1 on this, until I went Kayfun and Drippers all of my premium juices suffered.
