pepper notes are typically a sign of very low quality (old, cheaply extracted) nicotine base. same with soapiness ... could be a sign they use low-grade PG/VG, like from a "farm" supply store instead of a "pharm" supply store.
does the herb cilantro (coriander leaves) taste unpleasant to you?
if so, the PG/VG could be OK, but you're one of ~18% of people with tastebuds genetically skewed to interpret VG/PG "incorrectly" (for lack of a better word). if not, then it's a good thing PG is an anti-microbial (in case it really is a case of they mixed it in their bathtub, you may have a lesser chance of catching something from
vaping it)
best luck with your nicoticket choices, I'm certain you'll enjoy them.
with NT you'll never ever have to worry about quality.
you've found a world-class flavour chef, and even more of a rarity: a team who truly stand behind what they sell.
NT are the single most customer-focussed company I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a very, very, very long time.
cheers,
R.
