The flat cap allows the bigger 22mm toppers to look streamlined instead having an overhang or a beauty ring on the slant cap. They also incorporate the newer P3 connector which has a replaceable 510 center portion. At this point, the P3 connector has only a few toppers designed specifically to use it's wider, stronger design. If your toppers are 19-20mm, they are streamlined on the slant cap, while the flat cap will have a bit of a ridge where they meet.

I don't see clear wraps! Just ones with designs!
Good looking order gnees! I think I will choose one more! Shoot I already have four! What will I do with 7 or 8?
Do what I do, use a couple for a while, then put them up and use a few different ones for a while. I keep seven or eight out and in rotation set up with different tanks and atties and grab whichever strikes my mood.

Can someone explain the whole flat cap thing! I still feel like such a noobie!
I mainly use Nautilus minis and GS air tanks! What will the flat cap do?
With the Nautilus mini, the tapered top looks better IMO. No need for the flat top. Not sure the size of your GS air, so I can't help there.

You can always just get the Tank Ring for $9.95. That way you can just move it to whichever P2.5 you're currently using. It's a whole lot cheaper than paying $25 for every single one that you buy.

That way, you can also take the Tank Ring off when you're using a 19mm topper instead of a 22mm topper.

Thanks guys! I think I have several tank rings! Every mini I bought on the classies has a ring in the box but I never knew what the where! Now I know!
Now all I have to do is narrow down my choices! Mr. Chili is not going to be happy! I'm just trying to stock up on enough to last for years! Once I retire next year there will be no more dinero!

I haven't found an inexpensive clear source yet, so I'll be babying a couple for now. It sounds weird to me to baby a Provari though, sort of like babying a tank with a fancy paint job.
I got mine at J Wraps but don't remember how much they cost.

    cripes...now I see a GMZ mini.
That would be drool city with the flat cap on it !

I didn't get the flat cap on the Sangria...I shouldn't have "been shopping" in the first place

I miss my GMZ mini with the flat cap. Yes, it is "all that".

I see no benefit paying $25 for the full P3 treatment on a 2.5 unless you have P3 tanks. The tank ring looks great with bigger tanks and I only need 1-2 rings total for all of my 2.5's. The ring doesn't spin at all with my full size Nautilus tanks and the original tapered ring looks great with my Nautilus Minis.

To each their own, but adding $25 to a $30 tank without owning P3 threads tanks seems to be an overly pricy "upgrade". YMMV. :)

Here's a question I would be interested in hearing the ProVape community's thoughts....

Simply... would you rather own ONE P3 or 3-4 2.5's for the same $$$ and why. I ask as I am very close to selling my polished silver P3 and pulling the trigger on a few (or 4) of the $29.95 2.5's.

To me 20w has no advantage over 12-15w (or 4.5-5.0v). My ohm+ vaping is always at around 12-13w and my subohming is always between 35-70w. My 2 Classics and Radius aren't going anywhere, but I don't see a reason to keep this P3. My wife likes my Zombie P3, so that stays.

    Thanks!

It appears that I have no will power and will have to place my order soon! What a deal!
So my question is, is the Pearl White shiny or does it have the rough coat like the hybrid?
I have the GMZ and Ruby Red in my cart but am undecided between the Pearl White and the Dragon!

The finish on the pearl white is shiny with a subtle touch of sparkle, not matte like the hybrid colors and it is really beautiful! I prefer the shinny finish myself, Iove the look and feel it might be more durable than the matte finish but hybrid color mix is an awesome look.

    You know there's a zombie 2.5 for $29...just saying ;)

No-brainer to me, I would ditch the P3 and get a number of 2.5s. Simpler menu, awesome track record for reliability, and even if there wasn't a pending FDA thing, why own one mod when you can have one mod+backups. Be sure to get a single beauty ring :p
