That's a personal taste kind of thing. I upgraded my old GMZ mini to P3 with Zen, I wanted one left with the stock slant top so at 30$ that was a no brainer. The P3 top caps are nice, but when I'm running my ProTanks and Cerotanks I prefer the taper. They don't snag when I remove them from my belt holder or leg pockets.

I got the last one using my Phone in a Costco Parking Lot.

Added a GMZ Mini to the Cart also.

Like all of you, I was stunned to see these prices. I will have to return a non blemished GMZ Mini that I bought in the Spring Flash Sale this week.

To answer your question:

Do you have any tanks/toppers with a P3 connection? If so, then yes.
Do you use 19mm tanks? If so, then probably not.
Would the look of a 22mm tank hanging over a bit on a 19mm cone really bug you? If so then...maybe.

I was a huge proponent of the top cap upgrade at $10 on a $90+ mod, but a $20 upgrade on a $30 mod seems to take away from the "bargain" feel of the current pricing. I bought a couple without the upgrade...never thought I would do that.

I wish there were a list of tanks that look good on the cone. I'm guessing it's 19mm? If that's the case, then the kayfun minis, nautilus mini and triton mini come to mind. Assuming the cone is 19mm.

All my tanks are 22mm kfl+'s that I use a beauty ring with so they are seamless. I went for the upgrade just for the heck of it and it wasn't available on Monday! Also picked up a flower and zombie end cap. Good thing work starts in 60 days!!
