I asked Provape to dispose of the unit today due to my recent Blemished purchases. I saw no point to pay for the repair.
Received this response;
" Thanks for getting back to us. In light of the problems you've had with the device, I'm going to go ahead and waive the repair fee on this. We'll be completing the repairs and mailing it back out to you today
".I did not dare ask them to change the LED Color [emoji3]
