Uh...

I don't know if I'm h|gh, but...

The link you posted lists the Classic as a Blem, at $75.

But the "full price" Classics are only $79.95?????????

Boom. Black and Silver in my cart.
Shut up and take my money.

Done deal.
The Classic is a truly under rated great mod  It's got 15 watts and a 4.5 amp limit, so it is a bit more versatile than the 2.5's, especially at builds down around the 1 ohm range. I think that it's probably the same processor as the P3, but with a stripped down menu, I have come to appreciate the info given on screen with the fire button telling me whats going on without a whole bunch of clicks, so less button presses may give longer life to the mod. I believe in spreading out my options in our present stockpiling situation, and really believe the Classic to be a real value for the money at this juncture. Congrats on scoring a couple of them HB Man ! :thumb::cool:

How much was the Classic originally? Or even last week? I could be tempted especially if there is another flash sale in the next week or two...
WOW, I think they are like 90-100$ cheaper right now than they have been sold for in the recent past. Looks like they are dumping them by the prices on site...

My gut says to buy now, while you still can.

I believe I paid $79.00 for my first 2.5 mini which I bought 6-7 months ago right before they lowered the prices on them. Now I could get a Classic for the same price and not have to pay for a flat top upgrade...
The one you got for 79$ was a really deep discount at that time, those used to sell for about 90-100$ more than that, the times they are a changin'.

I honestly think that Provape is changing their strategies.

The v2.5's will be moved out ASAP.

The Classic will become the new "low priced steal" at its new price point of $79.95...until they are gone.

At this point, the P3 will enjoy a price drop, anywhere between 15-30%.

The Radius will come down by about 10-15%, as will the Procyon.

And that will be the only models they offer.

Smart move, but all speculation.

The reason I think this is: They've got to file a PMTA for everything they make.
Less models, less PMTA money to gather.

Just my late night ponderings.

Given that the FDA has already indicated their preference for integrated closed systems, I doubt any PMTA's will get approved for devices with a 510 connection. I sure hope through legislation or a lawsuit that the grandfather date can move forward.

The likely best bet is spending nothing on PMTA's and hoping for a change in the grandfather date or a successful legal challenge. At least millions haven't been spent on a losing wager. Should another year go by with no foreseeable change, some tough decisions have to be made.
