Good work sir! Nicely done. I smoked for like 23 years and got about 5 months so far but i still turn around all the time and get that 'I want a cig' feeling even though the last one I tried was nasty now...

I know a guy that told me he had been quit for 20 years and one day a car cut him off and after the near miss and pulling over to catch his breath his wife caught him reaching for his shirt pocket to get a cig. Wow, 20 years and still a stray want to smoke every now and then. But as long as I have juice I'm good.

Yeah! Gummy Bear

I was just the opposite -- I started with a high nic level and learned just how minor my nicotine addiction was. I'm now down to 6mg. My addiction to the habit was huge.

Happy Anniversary and many more!

Thanks, Glad you like the wit part too. Some people don't like my smartasstic type of humor.

Congratulations to you, Gummy Bear! Quite a story, quite an achievement, and I for one do like your smartasstic type of humor. :)

I am also an accidental quitter, LOL. So odd to me that that could even have happened, but it did! People ask me the same thing, "OK,, Now when are you going to quit the e-cigs"?

The latest answer I've got is "TOMORROW".

@Poeia, et al,

Oh mine too. I am still just as hooked on the holding, puffing, breathing, something in my mouth/hand.
I went from the 36 mg down to 24 and then to 18 then to 12. At 12 I was "excitable" but not having a full blown nic fit. but I did go back up to the 18 and have been there till now. I'm happy with that and see no need to change now. I loved smoking and now I love vaping. The big difference now is that I can breath better, smell things (some I wish I couldn't) have way more money, and most of all I haven't been sick for a year with any lung type cold, flu, bronchitis. My doc ask me how my COPD was doing a few months ago, I said My What? he said well you have been here regular as clock work twice a year with bronchitis, and that is a form of COPD. I told him my story about stopping smoking and even hit my PV in the exam room to show him. He was happy with that and said my lungs sounded as if I never smoked. I think this PG wards off colds and flus.
