I have experienced bleeding gums after brushing my teeth. This usually happens after vaping 24 or 36 mg for a while. If you look through the endless "common symptoms" thread below, you'll see bleeding gums listed somewhere in the middle of it all.

Someone who worked in a dentist office said the it's a symptom of nicotine dilating blood vessels in your mouth. I'll go look for it.

Also, it could be unrelated, of course. I know in my case, it was pretty obviously vape related. I just had to decrease usage and it improved. I was vaping a lot at first. Good luck!

Your gums become inflamed because of smoking. With out getting into the dental details the toxins from smoking bugs it. However since I started vaping my gums look great. Flossing is a great way to deal with gingavitis. I floss everyday and because ofthat my gums don't bleed but when you begin to floss your inflamed gums with bleed. They do this because of the bad stuff trapped in and around them has bugged them so they are sensitive. Anyway keepflossing and within 2 weeks poof no more bleeding gums.

I have an anecdotal theory, but I believe it. I suffered bleeding gums every time I gave up. This was long before vaping came on the scene. I put it down to my gums recovering from being scorched by hot smoke. Think I got some corroboration on that, but can't remember if it was from a medical practitioner, the web, or some bloke down the pub...
