I've been vaping about 2 and a half months. About a month into my vaping adventure I started noticing pink on my toothbrush, which soon developed into heavier gum bleeding. I also had irritation in the mouth and chapped lips. I tried various different ratios of PG/VG, with no improvement, and then switched to 0 nic juice with very occasional drops of nic juice to stave off any cravings... still did not help. Then finally I decided to increase my intake of water a LOT. After just one day drinking 3 - 4 liters of water there was a dramatic improvement! No bleeding that day and since then I've kept up the extra water and things are feeling *much* healthier. I usually have a diet coke going most of the day so I thought I was getting enough fluid in me but it doesn't seem to substitute for plain old water. I had searched this forum for possible causes/solutions so I know others have had the same problem. Just thought I'd post what worked for me in case it might help someone else :).
