The carto is most likely flooded. Blow out the airtube until there is no more juice coming out. If it still persists after many attempts to clear then you punctured the inside tube and juice will continually leak in. There is nothing wrong with 3 holes for VG as I do that myself sometimes, just be sure not to puncture too far.

Just started filling another carto, and when I took off the cap, I noticed that the wire was way more exposed than usual and the air tube isn't quite centered. Should I be worried about this? ImageUploadedByTapatalk1347472562.424399.jpg

    Hmmm, tube isn't centered- probably easy to puncture it on the near side.

    Try GENTLY pulling the carto end batt post out a touch. Will post a vid- couldn't find the vid.

    Dammit, this carto isn't even firing. ... I'm wasting so much juice lol.
