Bruce or Justin,

I've sent you a few emails, and submitted a ticket and haven't gotten a response. I also called your number, but you must have it listed wrong (whoever answered didn't know who Bruce was or Clouds Of Vapor). You guys sent me the wrong item. Get back to me ASAP so we can work it out, please. Thanks

I'm just annoyed because it's a simple issue, if they just looked at the emails, or even answered the phone, it could be resolved in 5 minutes. I live 20 minutes away, they wouldn't even have to bother with packing and shipping the replacement. It's going on 4 days now without an acknowledgment, I don't care how 'busy' they are, that's just poor customer service. I hate venting on a public forum, but I can't get a response to emails or tickets

What exactly seems to be the problem?

I have posted several times about the CS situation and how I am backed up currently. If you review our my CS Thread I specifically detail the situation, that the tickets are the best way to reach help, not email, and not calling, (unless it is an emergency).

I am sorry you have been inconvenienced but I have hundreds of people that need my help you are not the only one :(, this issue simply has not been gotten to yet...

So... please PM me with details......
