H&I work?

Anyone else do h&I work? Just got home from a jail panel with my sponsor. I'm always happy when they actually let me leave. 77 inmates tonight.

I do not and my hat is off to you for your willingness to reach out. I spent my 5 days in jail for my last DUI in 1984 (the year I got sober) and wasn't there long enough to sign up for a meeting. It would have helped me a bunch! I was terrified and miserable in there. The ladies were just fine, no problems but I just couldn't handle those doors clanging shut when they would yell "lock down" at night. What a horrible feeling. Thank God for that experience. My first year sober was rough and I probably wouldn't have stayed sober if it had been any other way. One very wise woman actually told me that. She worked at the detox center where I did my community service.

Welcome. There isn't a lot of activity here but then, the product and "how to" threads are what most people show up for.

I have never done H&I, but I have lead house meetings in sobriety houses in the OC.
