Most have suggested the kayfun style rda, but what about the genesis style that uses the mesh type wick. For sand against please.
I have no personal experience with genesis type tanks but this is what I have read:

1. Steeper learning curve.
2. Many people do not like the taste of steel wicks.
3. They leak if not kept upright.
4. Great flavor if you can get everything right with your build and wick.

There's the issue of the coil shorting out on the mesh; you have to oxide that mesh good; you could also try mesh in your kayfun.

On the other hand, the way the genesis type is, you can use it like a dripper if you want to.

Personally I think the stainless steal wicks give off a type of taste. I much perfer a organic cotton wick. Take a look at these atomizers, the kayfun, taifun, aqua, and the rose. 8 Have these all and they ALL produce a great flavor! These are my favorites!! The Rose Is HIGHLY Customized WITH Juice Flow control AND Air Flow control. Very nice atomizer! The Aqua is a dual coil with four juice channels, taifun and kayfun are usually single coil. None of these will disapoint. They are all great tanks!

Has anyone seen any brass style rta's I can only find the kraken so far and that's a genesis type.

I'm personally a little leery about using RBAs made of anything but stainless. Inhaling brass and copper is really no good, and cheaper brass/copper (from fasttech, etc) runs a fair chance of being cut with lead - also not good to inhale, or put your mouth on!

Also, be careful with the 4nine. I understand that it has a hybrid 510 connection, which means you have to be very careful about how long the 510 connection on your atomizer is. Too long and it constantly fires, too short and it won't make connection, or create a short/arcing current. Or something; all I know is that the hybrid 510 has given a few folks some trouble. Just be careful, and enjoy the new goodies!

A kayfun clone is a perfect beginning. I began with the kayfun nearly 6 months ago, Quickly made up my mind I wanted a warmer more dense vape so I jumped to the TOBH Atty, Now I'm on the Patriot. YouTube and these forums have served me very well. Research is key so if you're looking for what is best for you, I would certainly suggest reading/watching the threads and youtube videos first. But the Kayfun gave me a great starting point.

Also, Coil builds may seem intimidating at first. I suggest getting a Puck and a Ohm reader before beginning. The puck certainly helps with technique and the reader helps with safety and consistency. Just my two cents :)
