Had a shipment returned to V4L in April, is it just bad luck?

probably just bad luck... I ordered like 10 times from V4L and none of them got hold by custom
I have had some orders held up in Customs for weeks and still went through I wouldnt worry about it.
Yup, and keep in mind that USPS is hardly touted as being 'on top' of their shipping notifications..it could SHOW that it's still in Customs one day and the next it's on your doorstep.

USPS is another story altogether. I have 2 orders from the US shipping USPS and I havent had an update from the date of the original shippment confirmation.
BA gave me a tip about USPS tracking numbers LV, go to Canada Post and track it from there..for some reason, when they DO show up, they're better at the tracking than USPS is!

I have been trying with both USPS and Canada post still nothing. I dont know what it is with these 2 orders. One is from USPlactics the order was shipped on the May 12. The other was from VaporBomb, shipped out on May 3. They were just small orders so am not too concern about it but I had a China order beat the VaporBomb order, that just seems a bit off to me.
In the same time frame I had 3 orders shipped and received from Jack at HappyVaper in the same time period. Oh well just another reason to stick with Canadian vendors.

I also got a package returned to V4L in April but Born got it all sorted out. I received another order normally since. Maybe the customs checked more packages during that time.
No issue with V4L who have been quite helpful. Given that my order was returned to them I just wondering if others had the same treatment lately. I since ordered again and it went though no problem but I suspect that mid April onward US shipments are getting more scrutiny.

My boss is so excited to try the e-cig because she has seen how easy it was for me to quit analogs. She also ordered enough for 7 of her friends to try too from e-healthcigarettes.com and the order has been sitting at customs since May 10. I have placed small individual orders from the same place and received them no problem. I feel so bad for her! I hope it shows up already!
I think that's the ticket...small inconspicuous orders..hope she gets it soon too!!
Just checked my tracking # from vapor 4life, it spent a grand total of 1 minute in customs. I ordered on thursday, it'll probably be here tomorrow. NICE!!!!
Wow...still waiting....My boss is still waiting.....so frustrating! I count the days since I placed my orders till they come. It puts a little excitement in my life when I come home at lunch and the mailbox is full!

Update! Customs refused her order and sent her a letter. Also if she had not phoned and asked customs to return the order to the supplier they said they would have just kept it. She's still waiting for it to be re-shipped.
I just had an order refused from China and customs held on to it for a month before returning to the supplier.
