Hi everyone , i recently was looking for a package from Lightning Vapes and one other vendor that appeared to have been delivered but unfortunately was gone from my mailbox .
Stolen or lost i assume but i contacted the PO and they said contact the Sherriffs office which i did . Sean from Lighning Vapes was especially concerned and wanted to know the outcome , i don't know the outcome at this time but i am committed to finding out whats going on as i have received packages without issue in the past .
When i checked my latest emails i saw Lightning Vapes had packaged and was ready to ship a replacement , "wow" i was not expecting that and i can't thank them enough , this is Customer service at the highest level folks.
I will surely be doing business with them in the future and if your looking for a vendor that cares , you just found one.
