Had mail stolen or lost but Lightning Vapes to the rescue

Hi everyone , i recently was looking for a package from Lightning Vapes and one other vendor that appeared to have been delivered but unfortunately was gone from my mailbox .

Stolen or lost i assume but i contacted the PO and they said contact the Sherriffs office which i did . Sean from Lighning Vapes was especially concerned and wanted to know the outcome , i don't know the outcome at this time but i am committed to finding out whats going on as i have received packages without issue in the past .

When i checked my latest emails i saw Lightning Vapes had packaged and was ready to ship a replacement , "wow" i was not expecting that and i can't thank them enough , this is Customer service at the highest level folks.

I will surely be doing business with them in the future and if your looking for a vendor that cares , you just found one.

Most of the time these packages are not actually lost or stolen. Frequently drivers will deliver them to a random address just so they can go home early. They are marked as delivered so most of the time the driver gets off scott free. If you manage to speak to the local manager whether it's USPS, UPS, Fedex etc... they will most likely rip the driver a new one and make them go to the location where they dropped it off, get it back and deliver it to you personally. This has happened to me numerous times. I worked for a mail courier so i know how these drivers operate. This might not pertain to you, but maybe it will happen to someone reading this. Never call the 1-800 number, try your best to find the local number (these are often hidden).

Sorry to hear about your problem but happy to hear you have found solution with vendor. I've had plenty of "signature required" packages just dropped off on my door step. When I called postal service to complain they said maybe the driver missed that it was registered mail. I guess they just happen to miss that detail about 95% of the time. Thankfully only one package has been lost and I ended up having to go through long process with Paypal to get a refund.

Surprisingly the PO essentially said marked as delivered and thats that:(:( , they said they talked to the driver and of course he said he delivered it so i was out of luck . I called the local # and talked to the supervisor and she advised the Postmaster but nothing ever came from it.

Still wondering what happened to it , i would love to catch someone taking my stuff if that is in fact what happened, anyways thanks again to Lightning Vapes.

Great story about excellent customer service - too bad you had to find out this way though.

Been very pleased with Lightning Vapes service, quality and prices.

What annoys me to no end it so many places use USPS and don't even give a choice of other carriers.
Or worse, they do but only overnight services :(
