Thanks for the input have looked at the REO's and squonker styles over the last month before this bad luck streak started. With all the new stuff out there I have come to the conclusion most of the bells and whistles like 100w plus and / or temp control are cool but not needed, at least for me. If I have been looking at another Mech Box mod the Cherry Bomber. Simple and fool proof just have to be smart with it. Now if they made a stainless tank for the subtank Mini I would be set.

Ditto. If you find one let us know. I have a couple friends who have broken several sub tanks (glass). I was thinking about wrapping rubber bands around the glass portion of my sub tank in case of a fall. While it would look hideous, it just might save it.

Had the full metal jacket for my big nautilus. It was bomber but I was always worried I was getting low on juice. Have to have a small window now. Not worth the dry hits IMHO.

Even looked at those acrylic ones at fasttech but those are ugly but maybe in an emergency they might work.

But those linked from the UK would be perfect, but I don't know if I want to screw around with getting them shipped into the country and currency exchange rates. But you could see when the juice is low with them.

they have bands for glass tanks.....when they hit ground it provides some bounce like protection. I always just used thick rubber bands myself.

I just broke my Goblin glass today =[. Fell out of my hand while on a mech and the glass section hit the edge of my computer case, nasty crack. Had to order a new one.
