Check 'em w/ a meter to make sure they're not open circuit dead. If they died quick this might be the problem and they are beyond hope.If not try soaking them in vodka overnite.

What he said. Also try Sattec's atty cleaning thread.

It's basically blow out the Atty, agitate in Crest Pro blue mouth wash, drain and dry. I finish with vodka, it dries faster.

The good news is after you get used to the feel for how these things work the cleaning becomes optional. I rarely clean any more. Only when I vape a particularly foul liquid.

I keep seeing people say heat n clean or dry burn and it will glow, but I can only get one of my attys to glow, the other three just sizzle a little bit with a fresh manual battery....no glow at all.
Is the atomizer bone dry? If there's any liquid or moisture in it, it will wick to the coil and quench it.

Dry, it should glow red. It may be glowing, but if the coil is covered in crust you may not see it. My son had one like that. I gave it repeated dry burns, cooling the atomizer in between each burn, and after 8 or 9 burns it crackled and a red glow began to show. After a thorough cleaning, the crust was gone and the coil showed again.

Yes, after a dry burn you need to use your favorite wet method again to rid the atomizer of the burnt flavor. How long to wet clean it depends on your method.

Also, with regular dry burns there's a smaller amount of dried up burned on fluid, so the burnt taste is less. Go a long time between dry burns and you have a lot of dried up grunge, so the burnt taste is stronger.

Also, liquids closer to colorless and clear produce less dried gunk.
