Hades clone getting REALLY HOT

It's really bizarre but when I took the spring out, both batteries I used for it broke. It's never happened to me before, but when I took out the spring I didn't have any connection issues or any problems.

At first the battery worked fine and then would suddenly just stop, so when I threw it on the charger, it read 0.0v and would not charge or discharge.

This happened to both my purple 26650 efests and I'm steamed. The hades is so nice, but it just cost me $25 in batteries.

I'd try reading those batteries with a Meter, not the charger. It may have failed.

Alright I'll do that, but I'm sure it's not the charger. The batteries were fully charged before use and they just kicked the bucket on me after I used them in the hades after I took that pin spring out.

They worked perfectly fine in both my hades (before spring removal) and my akuma. And they would charge and discharge without an issue, but once the first one died I threw it on the charger to see it said 0.0v and wouldn't charge or discharge, and at the same time I had my other battery, that I didn't put into the hades yet, charging perfectly fine and firing fine in my akuma.

Once these things went hades, they didn't come back lol.
