so i ordered some 60mg nic from voidmist when they were having a sale, some pg, some dk-tab flavoring, and grape, already had vg. just got it out of the mail box and was very very impatient so i decided to just mix a little 5 ml bottle eyeballing everything, about a ml n a half of vg, 15 drops of dk-tab, 10 drops of grape, the rest pg and some pg mix, not sure about any of the measurements i put into it but i kinda wished i payed attention now cuz it tastes goooooooood, magically delicious:)

Cool perma! I've been mixing my own juice since March 2010. I usually get 60mg nic in PG from Myfreedomsmokes, my VG from Meijer's pharmacy section (I dilute it 25% with distilled water) and I get most of my flavorings from Perfumer's Apprentice.
Not sure if you know about this online calculator ( eJuice Recipe Calculator ) but I've found it to be very handy and easy to use. I write my proportions in a note pad when I'm experimenting and transfer them to a 3" X 5" card when I come up with a keeper. Good luck!

i have a calculater, wish i would have gotten my nic base as vg though, what i wanted in the first place but wasn't paying enough attention when i ordered it. im surprised it turned out good but then again im not really picky.. i plan on being safer next time i was just impatient and wanted to make something real quick:) hopefully its even better after steeping. cant see the juice i made being over 25mg maybe 30 which isn't a problem for me. can anyone make recommendations of maybe something i could use for flavoring that i could buy locally? no hobby lobby around here that i know of.. never even heard of one though so maybe

Welcome to the world of DIY. I have been mixing since I started vaping just over 3 weeks ago. I have yet to use the syringes for mixing. I just make 3 ml bottles of juice each morning.. LOL.. haven't found the right combination I want to mix in the larger bottles yet. The syringes do come in handy for VG because it's so thick. I keep a 3 ml bottle filled with vg and another with pg and use those to drop from into the bottle i'm mixing just so I can keep all my drop sized even, and it also makes a nice mini travel size mixing kit - my bottles of vg and pg are big 16 oz bottles.

I use the voidmist nic juice too. Great prices Your nic juice may turn yellow on you. This is what happens to nicotine when it's exposed to air and is normal / harmless.

i looked arround on the forum and allot of people were saying mccormicks isnt a strong enough flavor. just got back from wally world since someone on here said they found some lor-anns at theres but i couldnt find any. oh well ill order more flavors online or something :) i just want the syringes for mesaurements, counting drops is tedious and im very impatient... both the flavors i got now are strong though, added some of the grape to some dekang virginia i couldnt vape because it tasted like syrup which was kinda weird.. now it tastes like grape syrup so its somewhat tollerable :)

lol ya imma need allot more flavorings then just these two, and some syringes for measuring so i dont have to count drops and hope the measurements right...

Actually, I've started using graduated cylinders. It's a heck of a lot easier to do that than to try to coax VG into a syringe. One Stop DIY Shop has them.
