barqs, at those ohms and volts I think you will have to use a dremel and put to good slashes 180% from each other on the carto, one just up 1/8'' from the bottom of the tank in the carto, and another one about half way or middle of the tank on the carto in order to feed that Carto enough juice for that to work,,, just my own opinion
