Maybe it just says that people do not want to upload pics of themselves? That was my reason for not entering. The children are all grown and we live to far out for trick or treaters. So no reason for me to dress up.

They (V4L) have tried to make people pay shipping for their prizes in the past, and have had to be reminded (on more than one occasion) that it was Against the Law to do so...
