I'm using a halo battery (1650, or whatever the biggest size is, kind of forgot lol) I've had it for a couple of months and never had a issue. I used it today once or twice, did perfect and then I go to use it and it lights up but no vapor, I checked the coil, it's tight and no restricted airflow from tank. I have another 8 hours at work and I would love any ideas to fix this.

Thanks!

Sad to hear, jbrow.

When you get home, first off try another tank. I'll bet it's the culprit.

But if you have a charger with you, put it on the charger. Maybe it might get it working? Can't hurt. And does it 5 click off and 5 click on like normal? Is the moat around the center post clean?

If you absolutely have to, it is allowed to go buy a Blu to get you through the shift. Even better, a Logic.

+1 for brother Dave's suggestions. Really sorry you're stuck at work and not able to vape. While it's quite rare with Halo's quality products, failures do occur and it can't be stressed enough to always have a backup and another for that one if possible. Anything to keep from driving another proverbial nail in the ol coffin!!

It is possible that the insulator at the bottom of the stem is pinched or broken, or the one at the top is. There is a tube within the tube of the coil stem, that is insulated from the outer tube by 2 grommets, if that inner tube(stem) is not fully isolated from the outer one, you will have a short. You can see these grommets for yourself just barely they are a slight offwhite color.
