Hello all,

One of the batteries from my G6 starter kit is not performing as well as my others. It doesn't last as long on a full charge and there are times where it does not fire, and I have to put it back on the charger and take it off to get it to even work. Have any of you guys had similar issues?

I wasn't going to bother requesting a replacement since I've purchased another mod, but I figured that since I've spent my hard earned money on it I should at least inquire about it. I've sent Halo an email and am waiting for a response. Other than the issue with this one battery I've been happy with my purchase (Although I do regret not getting the larger capacity Triton batteries).

How has your experience been with Halo's customer service?

Honestly, I would pull the trigger on a Triton. The G6 just doesn't compare in vapor production and battery life. I have 5 G6 batteries I used for 5 months before diving into a Triton. At LEAST one of my G6 batteries DIED after just 75 charges (I counted). A couple of the others aren't lasting as long as they did initially between charges.

The crappy thing is obviously this is past the 2 month warranty, even though Halo states the batteries are good for 300 charges. I didn't even get 1/3 of that. Therefore you will never know if the battery is up to snuff before the warranty period is over. It's just the risk you take.

I had the two 650mah batteries I received with my Triton kit die within a day of each other after having them for a month and a
half and Cinder helped me with it.

Halo sent me a Triton VV battery and a sample tin of juice.

And that was before I had sent in my dead batteries!

Then when they received my batteries, they sent me an email asking if I wanted an exchange or credit for them.

Sent them back a message that the VV and the sample tin was really more than I expected so they didn't need to do anything else.

You just can't beat their CS in my opinion.

If you send them a message and don't hear back within a few days, I would contact Cinder and see if she can help.
