Halo cares about customer satisfaction

So long story short, I ordered some juice (Freedom/Bella) from Halo during the sale on 4/20. It was the first time ordering from them and the juice I ordered was great. I vaped a small amout of the juices for 1 day and I soon discovered that one of the caps on the Freedom bottle wouldn't tighten completely. Long story short, the entire bottle emptied into my pocket and 29 ml of juice was wasted.

I contacted Jay from Halo and explained what had happened. Without going into detail, he made it right immediately.

Without a doubt, I will be a returning customer. Thanks Jay and the entire Halo team for great customer service.

Halo is serious about keeping their customers happy. As much as they can within reason I have always seen Jay and the crew go out of their way to consider their customers' concerns.

It's the best way to do business. A happy customer is a loyal customer no matter what you are selling. And it means they stand by their product and are in it for the long haul.

I wish some other vaping suppliers (shall remain nameless) would take a page out of Halo's Customer service manual. It makes the whole experience all the more enjoyable, especially for the noobie who's looking for a way to get off and stay off the analogs.

Seems that quite a few folks have already recieved there product purchased on 4/20.....Just wondering if they chose the free shipping option or upgraded? Mine has still not hit the mailbox yet. I did choose free shipping myself!

Day 8 and still waiting!

Mine is not here yet either. I was expecting it today but it was a no show. I'm going to give it a few more days before I contact them. The regular shipping is up to 10 days and I didn't want to pay for the upgrade since I'n not in any real hurry.

I also ordered on 4/20/ got it on 4/25 yes i got the extra shipping. i got the freedom and menthol ice. i have never tasted anything comparable to freedom and im still vaping now very original flavor. the menthol ice could use more menthol in my opinion. but still very vaperable(is that a word?). very happy with halo. you now have a customer that will be returning.

Mine came in today, usps says "you asked for 10 day shipping you get 10 day shipping."

It's strange, every other halo order i have made was 3 or four days. I wonder what was different this time? Maybe the amount of packages tht went out at once???
