So long story short, I ordered some juice (Freedom/Bella) from Halo during the sale on 4/20. It was the first time ordering from them and the juice I ordered was great. I vaped a small amout of the juices for 1 day and I soon discovered that one of the caps on the Freedom bottle wouldn't tighten completely. Long story short, the entire bottle emptied into my pocket and 29 ml of juice was wasted.
I contacted Jay from Halo and explained what had happened. Without going into detail, he made it right immediately.
