This is my very first review, so please bear with me. 
I was a smoker for 24 years, and 5 years before I quit, I was up to 2 ½ packs a day. Yup, I was totally addicted. I bought cartons, not packs and had a budget of $300 a month. A year ago, I came across this site, and found all the info I needed to convince me to quit analogs. (Thank you to all of you!)
2 days later, I had my first e-cig –-the M401. I quit on that same day, and have not smoked an analog since then. So, I ventured into finding the right e-juice. I knew what I wanted—a good Menthol /mint taste, as I was a Marlboro Smooth smoker. I searched high and low for that right vape and taste. I wanted something Menthol and minty, yet, not too sweet. I wanted that throat hit, yet won’t make me cough my lungs out. Simply, I just wanted a smooth vape, and that Menthol/minty taste that would linger in my mouth, without any after taste, like cough syrup. I ordered from different companies, from the most and least expensive ones I could find, until I came across Halo. And as soon as I took that first vape, I knew I had the one I was looking for—HALO’s Menthol Ice. Ahhh yes! Awesome!
Their USA made e-juice comes in a blue glass bottle. It’s quite a sturdy bottle and doesn’t break easily. Believe me, I’ve dropped them about 2 feet high and haven’t broken one yet. On the bottle, it has the Halo logo, and the name Halo Purity. Yes, I must say, the name says it all—pure and smooth vaping is what you’ll experience. Now, I must admit, I associate my taste with smell. Normally, 85% of the time, if it smells good, it tastes good—but that’s just me. The first thing I did after opening the bottle was to smell it, and, voila! That smell of menthol mixed with mint and a hint of 'something' like vanilla(?), lingered. So, I started to vape, and I wasn’t disappointed, not at all! As I said, AWESOME! The cloud of vapor was intense, the throat hit was smooth and perfect, (for an 18mg), and after every vape, I felt like my mouth was, well, clean. (nope, it doesn't taste like toothpaste or mouthwash). Just vapelicious!
The liquid is not thick, and based on my experience, my atty gets clogged easily with thicker juice. Normally, my attys last about 1 to 1 ½ months when I take the time to clean it, and I have to do that once a week. But with Halo’s e-juice, my atomizers last about 2 ½ - 3 months! Now, that truly saves me money.
I must also say, kudos to Halo for their professionalism, passion and commitment to making sure that their customers are happy. I dealt with Jay, and he is one awesome guy! I have emailed with him back and forth, and he doesn’t disappoint when it comes to answering e-mails. You’ll get a fast response, and he’ll always try his best to work something out with you that will satisfy your demands. For a customer like me who is demanding and picky , I can honestly say, I’m sticking with Jay, and HALO!
