Does Halo's site have some general feedback page?

I had a faulty Triton tank as well as a G6 Minitank from a previous order. Upon suggestion from a couple of people on these forums, I sent them an e-mail telling them about it. I didn't expect anything, because there isn't a warranty on the tanks, but they asked for some photos and shortly upon sending some photos in, they (or one person, who knows) decided to hook me up with replacements.

This all went down on Friday, the 7th, and I got the replacement parts today. Given the weather and the Sunday in between, that's just amazing. I really just wanted to let someone at Halo know that there was some error in quality control or something.

Thumbs up to Halo!

You can always PM Johnny Blaze and Cinder Ella. However, I'm sure Cinder will happen upon this thread.

As so will other visitors to the Halo threads.

(And I laugh at the "New Member's Forum" when people recommend to get these no name setups, without regard to quality or customer service. In the end, did they really save ten bucks?)

These forums convinced me to get a Halo Triton. Really great starter kit. I have been interested in trying other tanks, which may lead me to buying some type of eGo setup in the future, but the Triton is just absolutely fantastic.

Do you have the MVP2 yet? Let me know what you think! I found it really big and heavy, but ymmv:p

I love Halo. I have also ordered a Cool Fire 2 and an Innokin MVP2 BUT, I do not like them near as much as my trusty Triton. I will probably end up just tucking them away until a later time. I've converted both my girls to Triton as well...they love them as much as their mom!

What really astounds me is the folks in the new members forum recommending newbies going straight to mech mods and sub ohming... Really???

And they say, "I wish someone told me to go right to mech mods and sub ohm". Ha!!

Some people spend bucks for gear, then try to convince everyone to justify it.

I put it out there. (to nanny22) I guaranteed her Halo Triton. Halo gives a 30 day. I think I gave her 90. If she didn't like it, I'd buy it from her. I made the same to another, can't remember, but I have the PM.

I don't see anyone who would do that for any other product.

Dave, I went over the 30 days on one of my husband's G6's, cuz a weekend was the day it went out, and Halo STILL sent him another one

I just had to stop going to the NMF cuz if I saw one more time were someone was trying to convince a new person to get an MVP, or Reo, or Provari etc. I was gonna have to start screaming!

Yeah I had the same experience in the NMF, but my triton was already in the mail.

The cool thing is that I'm getting real close to breaking even, which means I can grab a G6 kit, some more big tanks (No more mini's for me, I hate em') some extra carts, maybe a 1300mah or another VV, and I'll be set on gear for a while. Then I will just have to get through all this juice I have

I'm looking @getting an inexpensive dripper when I return from Singapore. Ain't going lower than 1.5, I just want to try my hand @rebuilding...

I'm with you, Gopher, I'd like to give it a try. I'll probably get a small (aka. cheap) RBA and some wire and organic cotton and stuff. Not for an everyday vaping device, but just for funzies. Since the wife got me that VTR, now I have a 510 platform on which to experiment. RiP Tripper makes it look easy, so as Jeremy Clarkson says: How hard could it be?

I got the $10 one from Alice in Vapeland! They're everywere, and really good for starting out, because it's so easy to coil them (they also come with 2 ready made coils - but they're not microcoils). So much better than the 510 Joyetechs, which I could never seem to get the hang of LOL
