Has anybody tried a Triton VV on a scope? My VTR uses PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) to regulate voltage or power, depending on how you have it set. It fires short bursts of 6.7VDC at low power and longer bursts at higher power. Those bursts average out so the coils "see" a timed average of on/off pulses. When I get back to work Monday I'll blow the dust off my old CRT Oscilloscope and see if I can find a square wave.
