Hello everyone,

I am a Halo G6 user and I bought mine about 3 months ago. I chose regular Emerald batteries and when I received the kit, I thought it was gorgeous. I have been vaping happily for about two months and one of the batteries started having some problems. Sometimes I have to click 10 or more times to make it work. First, I thought I didn't charge it but I tried will fully charged battery and it is still doing that.

I thought it was going to be temporary and it did that sometimes. But it is doing it frequently now and I am getting a little frustrated. So I was wondering if anyone had the same situation or if there is a way to fix the problem??? I would be appreciated if anyone could help. Thank you.

Thank you angryguy for your response!!!
I am really newbie on this forum and who is JB and how can I contact him???

I'd contact JB and see if there is a way you can take the rubber button off and clean it. I hear that helps with these types of problems. But check with him first before you do anything.

Sometimes if Juice gets into the battery it will do that over a period of time. Is this a sealed battery ?

Hello nyabzns!!!
If juice gets into the battery due to overfilling, I don't think it was the cause of the problem because I fill 10 drops each time until I get a dry hit or I notice a taste reduction. I don't understand what you mean by "sealed battery"?

Before connecting anything to the battery it's at the end of the battery that doesn't light up. In the middle they'll either be a hole (the sides aren't considered the hole) or it'll be sealed. If it was unsealed you'll definitely know what I'm talking about. Either way you'll get a new battery if it was bought defective. So, you have nothing to worry about!

I exchanged emails with JB and it was a great experience talking to him. He was very kind and asked me to ship it to the Returns Department. I shipped it yesterday and I will be all happy again with a new battery. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HALO!!! (just wanted to say that )
