Halo order

I realize this may not be the place for this - I just can't post anywhere else until I post five times. Has anybody had problems with Halo orders? I only hear good things about them, but I ordered a sample pack last Saturday and still have not got confirmation of shipping. I have called every day and I emailed and can't get ahold of anybody, but my account is charged. The information under my order on their website says "complete" and has said that since Monday.

Hi, I've been purchasing my supplies from Halo since early 2012.

If you order from them on the weekend, or late on a Friday, you won't receive a shipping confirmation until the following Monday.

The post office is only open for a half day on Saturday, and isn't open at all on Sunday, so.......you can see the problem with shipping on the weekend if the customer has requested shipping via USPS.

Thanks for the reply, but this was last Saturday - it's been four business days since then! I can't seem to get them on the phone and I sent an email inquiry 48 hours ago. This is bizarre because I have only heard great things about their company!

They seem to have gotten a little backed up (from reading the Halo forum here). I ordered early Thursday morning last week and received my Triton tank on Saturday. Seems to have been some other trouble last weekend. Try PM'ing Cinna Ella through the site and see if she can inquire for you, since you're not receiving any reply from their customer service.

My first experience with them has been fantastic. I'm sorry that your's has not.
