Halo reactor- You have got to be kidding me with this crap....

So i just contacted Halo customer support but i want to know what you guys think while i wait for a reply...

i ordered the reactor about 2 weeks ago...everything was working fine. Its a good vape. Today i unscrewed the top to refill it (it was 1/3 full) - AND THE GLASS FROM THE TANK COMES OFF

all the remainder liquid poured out - i was ....... I tried screwing the glass back on, didnt work. I tried pushing it back into place hoping it would 'pop' back into place, it didnt work... WHAT IN THE ACTUAL **** is going on here- if this tank is over and done with already after 2 weeks of use, i will never ever buy another halo product again. I spent so much money on their products (mainly my old tritons, which had a few of their own problems) - but this is the last straw for me.

Am i doing something wrong or is this flimsy pos out of service now

Sorry but i got the liquid all over my pants and im seriously ...... off that a new vape would fall apart like this. such a joke

I would wait until you hear from customer support. I had just bought a kanger tank-not from them- and I thought I would open it up. The coil was stuck in the middle pipe. I tried to pull it out and the coil head broke off. So I tried to get the rest out and it wouldn't come out. It wouldn't pry out. So I thought I'd drill it out. That didn't work. So I drilled it to widen the pipe opening and grind down the remainder of the outer coil. Well it worked, but I drilled thru part of the atty and destroyed it. It was like someone really mashed that coil down in there and made it fit when it didn't fit. The package was sealed and had a serial number. Good thing it was only $10.

Dunno why you would bust a vein here before contacting customer service at Halo......because I'm sure they will make it right.

But I appreciate that you are frustrated and I would be too. I've received my share of defective products in my vaping journey of 4 years

I just wish we had an award for technical proficiency and persistence. And all this for a $10 device.

If I'm not mistaken, this is a bottom fill tank. I turn it facing down and unscrew the bottom to fill. If I'm not careful, it will unscrew between the glass and the tank bottom with the Halo engraved. To fill, it unscrews between the Halo engraved ring and the bottom knurled air control ring.

The glass is just captive between the top and engraved parts; don't lose the silicon o-rings!

Unless you have a newer version that is top fill?

I've had my reactor for months, and the only time it leaked is when I unsrewed the top.

I got the new reactor shorty tank that is top fill. I just have to be carful when I unscrew it to make sure that I am unscrewing the right part. Otherwise I am loving the new top fill. No more breaking the bottom fill tanks out on a paper towel to fill them
