Halo Smooth 8 (18mg)

Halo Smooth 8 is ..... well its.......smooth.

First of all I cracked seal and steeped 2 weeks (Halo seems to need steeping)
1st tried on a vypr at 3.7 with a 2.0 LR 801 atty - first impression perfume but smooth perfume with a hint of something woody on exhale
Next hit - smooth mellow light tobacco with a hint of ginger (not sweet) and almost no TH and perfume taste was gone and wth is that woodsy taste?
3rd hit - I'm seriously liking it for some reason (the complexity of the flavors? the smoothness? the lightness?)
OK time to get serious and kick it up a notch
Viva novi tank (long wick version) 2.8 ohm on Provari set at 4.4
1st hit - very light and smooth - ginger pops a bit more but its still very light - I'm really liking this stuff but again WTH is that woodsy hint on exhale
then it hits me Cedar yep I know its probably actually the ginger but it has a very slight cedar taste

All in all this is my new ADV vapor production is good and almost no TH - just the way I like it

I disliked this when I first tried this, and still dislike it. I thought I'd gain an appreciation for it (like Freedom, which has become a favorite, but didn't like at first), but that ginger stands out too much for my liking. And I'm fairly used to ginger too.. my mom is Thai. Lots of ginger in Thai cuisine, but I don't like it much there either.

It's unique at the very least.

I agree with you. Personally the ginger is a bit strong for me. It grows on you and it's a good juice.I can't use it as an everyday vape but it's a nice change of pace occationally.

Yep, I agree...it's unique. Not a fan myself, but I can appreciate the smoothness and that others prefer the woodsy flavor. Probably because I'm a menthol person at heart.

Smooth 8 took some time for me to like it...had to go through about 10ml...but it quickly became my 'almost' all-day vape (I still like to vape menthol or sweeter juices on and off during the day for a change-up). Even after all of this time vaping for me, when the urge for a real smoke nags at me...the Smooth 8 chases it away. I find it extremely satisfying.
