I purchased the Halo Triton starter kit about a month ago, and have been very happy with it until this morning.

Gave my battery a full charge, (red led off, blue led on) but when I screw it onto the tank and press the button to fire it up, the led blinks 5 or 6 times as if to say it needs charging, and nothing happens. I've put it back on the charger only for the blue led to light up indicating a full charge.

Tried sending an email through Halo's website, but the 'Email Halo' feature doesn't allow me to leave or send an email. Tried calling them and every attempt at trying to speak to someone, the automated system basically says nobody's home at this time, and does not give me the option to leave a message. Pretty frustrated.

I was attempting to charge one of the batteries this morning to lend a clearomizer to my son to try for a few days as he's been considering purchasing a starter kit, but I think this may have changed his mind.

Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Hi Blackened,

Sorry to hear about your frustration, part of our website went down today so some people weren't able to email customer service. Also, if you left a voicemail someone should return your call shortly. If you would like to PM me your ticket number (if you were able to create one) your email associated with your halo account, your order number (if possible) and your phone number I can pass that information along to CS and have someone contact you as soon as they get a chance.

Could be the short code. I washed a tank once, didn't let it dry and got the blinking lights. I thought the coil was bad, so put a new one in, and same thing. I washed it again, let it air dry overnight, put in a new coil and it worked. I guess there was water somewhere where there shouldn't be.

Yep, I had that happen to me as well. Live and learn.
