Ok so my girlfriend is getting really curious about getting a tank system.. she always steals mine and puffs on it.
She loves everything pink, so I saw this and thought it would be perfect. Its fairly priced as well, compared to cig-a-likes starter kits.
i also order liquids from halo sometimes, so I figured next time I order from there (turkish tobacco is amazing!) I would get her, her very own pink kit. Has anyone ordered these before? Are they worth it? they look really similar to ego bats..
I'm skeptical on the tanks more than anything really, never used one of those before.

Yeah, they really are awesome. The tanks are really under-rated; they're cheap, easy to maintain, require twirling, but they perform so well, and never leak. They're Kanger T2; an older but proven design.

Note; the batteries are not regulated; the voltage drops a bit, as it discharges. Personally, it doesn't bother me; by the time the vapor gets cold, the light blinks for a recharge. Advantage; no power wasted; these things last forever.

If you think it'll be a concern, check out the VV. Also available in pink.

I'm not a heavy vaper, so I picked 900 mAh batteries (not part of a kit; I pieced my own kit together). 1'300 is also available.

Halo has a support forum, here on ECF ;)

The ego/808 Tritons and tanks are fine...however, the tanks are nearly identical to Kanger T2s...the T2s will work on the Triton bats (just don't screw down all the way leaving a 1/4" gap). The Triton tanks will not work on an ego...go figure. T2 replacement heads and Triton heads are interchangeable. The mini tanks work well also and they are identical to Kanger T4s and the Smokeless Image minis.

I'm highly invested in 808 stuff from Smokeless Image and Halo...but if I had it all to do over, I would go with ego/510 stuff because there are just way more options. Just my :2c:

Awesome to know, thanks for the response :)! I hope she loves them.
I thought they looked a little like kangers :p

I might upgrade her to the vv if she likes using them, keep it cheap right now though lol, this girl can never make up her mind.

The wife and I stated with these and we loved them. Very good quality and a really good starter kit. I have also used the Vision Spinner VV and it rocks.

As BigBen2k stated, the Halo tanks are underrated as I still use them on my Provari.

The wife still only uses her Halo's. Just had to order her some more coils.

I just got my pink tritan and love it. I had the G6 and well that really was ok for a ecig. I have no complaints although i am a novice. I found that shopping around halo triton was basic enough, not too many options, affordable prices for replacements. Super fast and affordable shipping. Its smooth sleek and i domt know kinda makes me feel fancy! Good luck.

yeah she needs something small and cute, that will do the job. I have a provari vv, but honestly I hardly use it.. my ego twist is just more convenient. When I want to feel like a fancy vaper i pull out the provari. As long as they get the job done. I know halo ships super fast as well thanks for the feedback, I'm gonna go ahead and get them, and we'll see how it go's :)

I think she'll be happy! Just got my Halo pink VV and iridescence 900 mAh in the mail today to add to my halo iridescence 400 mAhs! Halo doesn't have a lot of tank options or can't use other kinds of tanks like other PV brands BUT...with that said, I read about more issues on these threads with tank leaks, coil burns and so on and so on from all the other "name brand" stuff out there.

I mean I read about LOT of issues! I can honestly say I have had ZERO issues w/any of my Halo stuff. I don't have to fiddle w/this, fix that and make it a constant tinkering habit. Some peeps like that but I personally just want to fill the tank and vape. Keep us posted on what she thinks!

I love mine. I started with the g6 and have now had my triton for over a week and it is awesome. Great vapor and tons of flavor. I didn't realize how muted flavors were in carts until I got my triton.

I now use the 400mah batt with a standard cone and a g6 cart as my stealth vape

Forgot to mention I love the tanks. No leaks and easy to fill. I just have to remember to twirl them here and there and they are good to go

Love them. I have 12 regular and 6 variable voltage. The tanks are fantastic. Never leak, easy to fill and seemingly last forever. The proprietary threading isn't an issue for me. I have 2 ProVaris, but still won't leave the house without at least 4 Triton vv's. They are better for use in the car and deliver a warm throat hit bottom-coil tanks simply can't.
