Halo triton question

I just purchased a halo triton and have a question. There is a plastic/rubber piece covering the air flow tube in tha tank directly above the wick. I assume it is a permanent price but one review I saw said to take it off but the individual admitted he was a new vapor. Halos site says nothing about removing it so if anyone has this style cig I would greatly appreciate any help you could give.

Ego-style batteries lifespan is basically measured in recharges. More you recharge, the shorter the lifespan, or so I've heard. It's best to wait until you get the flashing light and it's drained. The Triton do charge very quickly if using the wall adapter, usually less than 3 hours for the 650mAh batteries.

Most will tell you to take the battery off the charger when finished charging, but if doing overnight, it's safe to leave until you awake. They are not quite as volatile as the IMR/ICR batteries. Always best to be cautious, but there's no need to paranoid :)
