So somehow I managed to destroy my Hana box. I am planning to order a new board (may go with a different board all together) and repair it in the future. I'm left with a perfectly good box to rebuild just need some hardware to get it back to functioning.

I am in need of the clicky buttons that came in the box mod, any sources for these buttons? [edit; I know I could order the DIY kit from FT, but I only need a board, and buttons.]
Also if anyone has a recommendation for a replacement 510 connection I'm interested as well.

From what I've read from other builders KSJ0M431LFT is a direct replacement for the metal dome tact switches. Digikey as well as others should have it, a quick google search will let you know. I used 3ETL9-08.0 for the fire button in my Hana style box and like it much better but if you go that route the hole will have to be made just a we bit larger.

As far as 510 connectors I'd highly recommend one of the choices from fatdaddyvapes but they are threaded rather than press fit so you'll need a thread tap for the box. For a direct replacement any of of the standard 510 press fit connectors should work.

I went with an authentic DNA30, the DNA40 was also just released but might have trouble getting your hands on one being so new, the 30 should be easier to get right now. Both are the same size and will be a direct replacement.

Also check out the threads linked below, using the same box and has lots of information. You can also find the data sheet for the DNA boards at the Evolv website.

Thanks for the information.

As long as I'm at it care to suggest a chip set? I've been very happy with the DNA30 but I am willing to consider something else since I'm this far. I'm comfortable with soldering and such, but this would be my first self built mod.

Considering your box is already built/set-up to take it, i'd just put a DNA 40 in it.

Even if you don't intend on using the new temp control features, might as well spend the $10 more vs the DNA30 chip to have the extras watts and the down regulation capability.

Hyperionvape seems to have the 40's in stock still.
