Looks good to me. I wish we had that much space in the mini hana 
I had to use almost all fingers to hold the board vertically while securing and lining up the screen and then twist the board in a weird angle to insert it diagonally into the case and secure it at an angle below the fire and up button.
With your cloupor, couldn't you have used one of those dna 40 holders from shapeways?

I'm happier with how the Cloupor came out than the Mini. The cutout for the screen in the mini was .5mm too small so my screen is a bit off. Not nearly as bad as in the pics but still noticeable. I used a CD case and cut a piece to align the large screen in the Cloupor.
The shapeways holders are just a bit too wide for the Cloupor enclosures and I didn't know if the large screen would line up with the window correctly because I made it bigger with a dremel.

Thx for the info. Mine did fit although I can't really say if it's aligned or not. Depends on the angle you're looking at it.
The cloupor case might be easier but it's not everyday you hold a 71.8mm tall mod with a 40W chip and a 18650 in it

Very clean job in the Cloupor KTM! Much neater then mine. On the bright side my silicone wire got here 2 days ago that I ordered for my mini build with the DNA25...too bad it took almost 2 months and I finished the job 3 weeks ago. Ah well the rats nest is performing well and that's what really counts. I will have it for the next project I guess.

Thanks Hammy! My mini has a rat's nest inside (so I'm not too eager to post pics ). The Cloupor has much more room so it was easier to make it neat but I still got lazy and didn't cut the down button wires to make them neater and I used a ton of hot glue.
I love the larger screen of the blue but love the size of the mini. I did play with the idea of putting the large screen into the mini. I have another large screen board so I still might do it.

The large screen looks great. If you have another enclosure why not. My mini was looking ok until I got it all together to find out one of my C&K switches was bad. It would just stop firing so I moved it to the up button but then it wouldn't hold long enough to get into temp mode. Had to use a clone one from my full sized project box. A few other setbacks and all hope of a clean build went out the window. I am thinking my next one will be a dual battery 1590G or 1550P. Might try the new Yihi 350J but that might wait until next winter.
Here's the mini internals:
I think part of it was that it was the first DNA40 build so I wanted to get it done. The blue one took about 5 hrs mostly because of the screen. I already had the window dremel'd out but it wasn't long enough so I had to dremel it out a bit more. Then I cut a piece of plastic from a cd case to position the screen. I installed VT 510's in all 3 of the empty enclosures before hand so that saved a few mins.
I have one more to go, an orange Cloupor enclosure for a small screen. Then I'll have a spare large screen that will have to find a home somewhere.

I have a home made rigged ring connector for the ground as I didn't have the right size and when I soldered the positive wire for the battery the shrink wrap melted before I could move it over the joint. Had to use some liquid electrical tape to insulate it. I used hot glue but am very glad I did as I had to replace the switch so very worth it. I will always use it over epoxy just based on how easy it is to remove with alcohol. It's been holding great in my full sized for 3 months.

Very nice! I cut my wire length for a regular sized box and didn't trim like I did with the blue box.
Makes me want to go back in and trim the wires after seeing yours. Well done!

Anyway, I wish I also had silicone wire for the buttons but couldn't find 22-24 awg silicone wire in my stash (I'm pretty sure I have some though... somewhere) and nowhere locally either. I did order some a few days ago but I didn't want to wait another couple of weeks just because of some wire.
If those Chinese guys had only moved the fire button 2mm higher and the control buttons 2mm lower, the board could be fitted horizontally without problems and the "visual" result would be much better. However, what matters in the end is how it works and I must admit that this build went really well in that aspect. I never ever had so low readings on my atty as now (10 wraps, 2.5mm id, spaced 28 ni200 tempered wire -> 0.11 Ohms) and it's been holding steady all day with just a refinement during the night to 0.12 but returns to 0.11 after some use.
For now it has been working great. Only complaint is that holding 28g hardened ni200 wire securely under the atty screws is a real challenge even when double looping around it. I got some tips about that (using eyelets or washers) but I have to experiment with that first.
