So after a long wait I finally received my Full Size Hana ... I have a Mini which I adore, so i couldn't wait to go 18650.

I just got it so I whipped up a fresh build and went to set her up on Hana and... ... ... I can't screw it in! So I grabbed a bunch of other atty's and nothing will screw in past 2-3 turns. All the same atty's work on the mini. The 510 threads seem ok but they are obviously messed up. Kind of surprised it made out the door like that.

So after a few rough Tshooting sessions with a Han Rep, Off it goes to IL with an RMA.
Hopefully they have a quick turnaround, but I guess you get used to waiting when it comes to Hana's

Anyone else have to RMA with them yet? What was your experience

I've read of LOADS of issues concerning the 510 connections on Hana boxes. In other words, this isn't an isolated incident. In fact, it seems pretty common. Many have the same issue as you have, many others have crooked connectors and no atty will sit straight and/or flush with the mod.

It's a shame that mods that are north of $250 have garbage 510 connectors.

But the connectors aren't the only issue I've read about with Hanas, so be watchful when you receive it back. Buttons falling in, units scratched to hell upon receipt have all been reported en masse with the Hana v3 boxes.

I have had no such problems with my Hana from Movapes. Finish, connector ,everything sits flush. Perfect like I like it :D 20140626_144543 - Copy.jpg

Latest update... I did get my unit back, so far I have tried a few attys and did not have any problems with this one.

The enclosure seems to be in good shape no additional scratches or anything.

They did include a kinda funky Hana branded screwdriver tool and a new USB cable as well.

So all said, they came through and made it right.

Now the support person I initially dealt with was another story, it was like she had no clue about what I was talking and was asking for useless information.

Thanks for your input guys!
