Hand Pin Vise?

Read somewhere I could simply use a hand pin vise to modify rba top caps?... Is that all I need?...

If you take your time it'll probably work OK.

Some of the tops are softer than others though. I've had to go to the drill press for a couple.

no tools here so a drill press would be a no go... the rba I would be modifying is the Igo-L...
