I've been trying to get my mom off her 901 and to use a 510 for a while now. Her birthday is Monday, so I thought it would be a great present. I bought her one along with some toys for it from another supplier a week prior, but the order got delayed and I didn't find out until yesterday.
On the recommendation of a friend, I ordered a makeshift kit from Altsmoke (one batt, one atty, charger). They have the purple LED's in stock, and that's her favorite color. Still worried I wouldn't get it before her birthday lunch on Monday, I IM'd halopunker and asked if he thought the standard shipping would make it. He said probably not, and offered to make up a 2 bat, 2 atty, cartridges and better charger kit for her and ship it overnight for an extra $15.
This totally made my day, and I'm sure will make her birthday. I have a new favorite supplier, thanks!
