Happy 4th and need some help!

i received some i clear 16's with my mvp and they worked perfectly until i cleaned them, now i have a super tight draw and lack of flavor

Lack of flavor is normal right after cleaning, but the tight draw could be a problem. Try letting it dry or vaping 1ml or so through them and see if it improves.

i dried it over night and have vaped 3 ml through it so far but still really tight draw on both

I had the same problem and I had to replace the head inside.

How did you clean them and with what? With water? Alcohol?

Agreed, allow total drying/blowing out. But sounds more like replacement.

cleaned with warm water and let dry overnight but i think ill just get some new heads thank you for the help!
