My daughter called me yesterday at work and told me I got a package. I couldn't wait to get home. My Kanger Pro tank had arrived. i put some juice in it and I was in heaven!!! I think with this sucker I don't need smokes. Vaped it all evening, only had 1/2 cigarette (which tasted like poop!) I wake up this morning, light a cigarette, then I remember The Precious! Put it out and vaped on my new toy all morning, then decided to put more juice in for the day at work. But when I put it back together I am getting nothing!!! Any ideas?

Got mine yesterday also. Mine did not work right off the bat. Found out the coil needs to be screwed in and not just a drop in fit.

When you hit the button on the battery, does it stay lit? Some times I find I've screwed mine down to hard and I need to turn the tank off half a turn.

If that doesn't work, take the tank off the battery and on the bottom by the small threads, you'll see what looks like a screw head. Try adjusting that slightly half a turn in either direction. It's possible the tank isn't making a connection.

If that doesn't work, take it apart and reassemble it from the ground up.

Sometimes when you unscrew it to refill you accidently also loosen the coil ... make sure it's screwed in good too. I had that happen

OK....had to screw in the coil...duh! And turned the screw only about 1/4 turn...and woo hoo!!!!! I haves THE PRECIOUS again! Thanks! It must be hard dealing with all of our combined ignorance...thank you for your help and your patience. There is so vast an amount to learn!

the contact point on the atomizer has probably been pushed in. slide your fingernail, between the contact point, and the white insulator. pull gently away from the insulator reinsert atomizer and be careful not to over tighten.
