I had to post this cuz well, as always am blown away by Jack's amazing service! As some of you may remember, I had passthrough issues with my 510. I drained the battery in it, then lost the usb wall charger and have been unable to charge it up via my laptop or car charger. I placed an order with Jack and got the wall charger, didn't even think of getting a new battery for it, and Jack just emailed me today to let me know he threw in an extra battery for me! What an amazing man he is! Now that is customer service!
