I had to post this cuz well, as always am blown away by Jack's amazing service! As some of you may remember, I had passthrough issues with my 510. I drained the battery in it, then lost the usb wall charger and have been unable to charge it up via my laptop or car charger. I placed an order with Jack and got the wall charger, didn't even think of getting a new battery for it, and Jack just emailed me today to let me know he threw in an extra battery for me! What an amazing man he is! Now that is customer service!:cool::thumb:

My only gripe is his enthusiasm when you meet with him. I go in wanting to get just one item. I understand it's his job.

But I always come out with more than I intended on getting. :)

That is why you meet him just once a month at the GTA meet, put ear plugs in your ears when talking with him and just go uh huh, uh huh while vigorously nodding your head. It also helps if you buy him a gin and tonic first.

Love Jack and the way he handles Happy Vaper. :)

Jack was the one that got me set up with my 510. which in turn got me off analogs. Any issues I had, he was there, always. He really does make me happy! I have referred a ton of people to Jack and all of them come back saying what awesome service. Sure goes to show you that the old saying of "going the extra mile" to help someone is indeed true with our Jack! I even love his website, you can find me on there several times a week! hahahaha So many goodies on there omg!

Chiming in on this because I agree with everyone here. Happy Vaper offers the best customer experience I've seen in any industry. Rob and Jack have a wealth of information and I purchase all of my hardware from them exclusively. (If they had Nic juice I'd buy that too, but I understand why they don't)

Every shipment is followed up by an e-mail explaining the new hardware with reviews, links to video guides, walkthroughs, you name it. And if you ever have questions all you need to do is ask and they will reply.

Two huge thumbs up for these guys!
