In other news....we just experienced an earthquake!!

This is such an odd thing here we weren't sure what it was at first!

Things shook for about 30 seconds....thought it might be a snowplow but nothing was plowed. Checked it out on the net and sure enough a 4.3 on the Richter scale WNW of Chicago....centered somewhere around Dekalb or something. Very odd!

Some people felt the tremor up here in Madison, but not me - nothing wakes me up at 4am. BTW, my wife looks at me puffing away and just laughs and shakes her head. I know she's happy I'm not smoking analogs, she always hated the smell. I think she gave up on me quitting years ago after numerous failed attempts, bottom line, it is crucial to have spousal support. Congrats to you and your lovely wife, welcome to our world!

You're right Adrenalynn; you guys in CA REALLY rock. That's the way we feel when we hear all the sniveling about the horrendous blizzards. Just a matter of perspective and experience I guess; amazing thing about humans is our ability to adapt to varied environments.

I'll just keep my hurricanes! Shaking ground is just too scary for me! Most of my in laws are out in Ca. They get upset about our big blows...lol The rest are in the Quad cities in Iowa and Ill. They panic over hurricanes and earthquakes..so I bet they got a bit nervous this week.

I'm in tornado ally here. One day I was waiting on customers from Hawaii and we were under a tornado warning. The terror in their eyes was hilarious... I kinda felt bad for them but I've grown up here so it was just another day really. During tornado season we can end up heading to the basement two or three times a week. I was happy to have the break from work. I love the excitement of the big storms
Never experienced an earthquake... I'm thinking it would freak me out pretty bad.

I ordered the cowboy and kamel 36 on my first order thinking the same thing but yet they still sit in the box because they were to strong. I did cut them down with VG but I'm just at a point now that the last thing I want is the flavor of tobacco. I'm enjoying my caramel mocha frap this morning. It's great you have such a supporting partner in life wade. How long have you two been together?

I agree! I ordered a little bit of kamel menthol (or what ever its called) and some marlboro juice and I must say...I don't touch the stuff!!! I love Smilin & Mint! I LOVE BLACK TEA!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats my second favorite ....and I'm not a black tea person. I got it as a sample and out of all the ones I've tried (20 flavors maybe) the black tea is the only LOVE of mine that is not a mint. I'm waiting for Vanilla and I'm expecting for that to be a favorite too. Watch out for the FVIceCream (I would call it buttery kettle corn). Still waiting for vanilla.
