Happy Thanksgiving NT friends! It's definitely a virus day ( when isn't it? ). Also ACB and Wakonda! Hope you all have a really wonderful day whatever you are doing or wherever you're going.
I completely forgot about today being the day that the SPC comes out of the steep box. Will have to try some after lunch. Should be the perfect finish to an awesome meal. Fat free, no calorie pumpkin cheesecake

This is really off topic but every time I see your forum name I think of a skit that I heard on Bob and Tom a long time ago by a comedian named Joel Lindley. Is that why you chose your forum name or is there something else behind it, ElConquistador?

My family just left, and I'm totally okay with it. I thought I would be sad, but I'm not. Hubs went out early this am and bought a honeybaked ham, stuff to make corn casserole, pink fluffy stuff, and mashed potatoes.
So I'll be having Thanksgiving, after all, even if it is tomorrow. That fills my heart with joy. I'll have it ready to serve as soon as Hubs gets home from work.
Right now I'm going in between the Doodle and CLS. I just opened my CLS and OMG it is so delicious. I am a happy, happy camper right now.
