This is really off topic but every time I see your forum name I think of a skit that I heard on Bob and Tom a long time ago by a comedian named Joel Lindley. Is that why you chose your forum name or is there something else behind it, ElConquistador?

Well, it is possible that I MAY have been listening to that a few minutes before I was forced to create a user ID for this forum.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Had a little scare this morning. Wife and I are visiting my folks and they have an 8 month old german shepherd puppy that gets into everything. You can't take your eyes off of her. Anyways I'm not used to it and left out a 15 ml bottle of Wakonda last night. This morning I found the bottle chewed up on the living room floor. Luckily she didn't get too much out of it and was fine. The bottle was chewed up and liquid got on the rug but no problems with the dog. Scared the hell out of me at first though.

Oh man! I am so glad the pup is okay, I have had scares like that with different foods or the garbage so I know exactly how you felt. Nothing like panicking and heading to an emergency vet over a mistake.

Oh man! I am so glad the pup is okay, I have had scares like that with different foods or the garbage so I know exactly how you felt. Nothing like panicking and heading to an emergency vet over a mistake.

Yeah I had the panic/freak out moment for sure. And of all days for it to happen too... But yeah, I feel extremely lucky nothing bad happened. I have an old shepherd and its been years since I had to worry about stuff like that with him. Learned my lesson though....all my gear is now put away where the pup can't get to it.
