Started vaping around October 25 or so? Immediately went from almost a PAD to around 3 smokes. Gave myself a couple of weeks to get used to it and make sure I had enough of the right hardware and all.

Stubbed out the last Camel on November 5 and haven't looked back. Well, I did hit a rough patch on day 3, but day 3 is always the hardest. And even then, I didn't really want to smoke, I just wanted to feel aggravated, lol. The other nine zillion chemicals were flushing themselves from my system! I came and posted on here and everyone was nice to me and I vaped through it.

It has really been so easy and I love vaping. My sense of smell started coming back within a couple of days, but I'm only starting to really taste juice and stuff now. I think my taste buds were somehow really even more fried than usual for the amount that I smoked. I also realized my cooking has too much garlic. :p

My family, friends, coworkers, cats, and I are all so happy and I can't thank this forum enough for all of your advice, support and kind words. Thank you!

Lurkers: If I can do it, you can. My habit was INGRAINED. There were a few times I actually stepped outside to my own porch in the winter before realizing I didn't have to anymore. You will just have to do a little bit of research and practice, and ECF will help!

A belated happy new year to you all. <3333
