Someone mentioned in another thread that it is easy to give great Customer service when all goes well. And thats true. Truly great service comes when there are problems. I placed 3 orders for some riva 901 kits. The first 2 went without problems. :thumb:

The 3rd was one, well, it was the "order from hell". :-x I made some changes to the order which didn't help and some wires got crossed and things went missing. And each time, Abe and Ty were quick to respond and deal with the issue. :)

I finally received the 3rd order and I had to laugh. It is missing the atomizers for both kits. I want to order a couple of cones and more atomizers but I will be patient and let Abe and Ty deal with the "order from hell" (for hopefully the last time) before I add to the confusion.

I know I will get the atomizers and I know the problems with this order are NOT the norm. And I am very very happy with how they have handled them. Thank you both! :toast:

Amen! ;o)

I placed an order this morning around 8:15am EST... as of now, not only do I have a tracking number, but USPS shows it as processed thru the SanDiego facility and on its way to its destination! That'd be ME! Yay!

Gotta love these guys, I'm tellin' ya! OK, and a wee bit of kudos to USPS for actually updating the tracking info for a change LoL

I couldn't help but laugh. You'll have to excuse me.
If it's not China, it the darn Postal Service... I tell ya!

Send me an email Cookie, and I'll get to it right away!

I agree. Their customer service is great. And their shipping, when they're not having a big riva sale, is amazingly fast. I'm very happy with Liberty Flights.

Thanks Spirits!
Cheers! :toast:

I gotta give props to LF, and to Ty in particular, as well. He's been amazingly patient and helpful, especially considering all the times I've messaged him. I know it's not easy keeping everyone happy while keeping your cool, and dealing with a constant stream of messages expecting replies "yesterday". I've been there! Still am!

LF is a solid company, has *great* sales, and is just one of just a couple vendors I have bookmarked. Send business cards with your orders, and I'll be passing them out, here in the ATL!

Thanks, LF. Your dedication to good customer relations has not gone unnoticed or unappreciated.

I'm definitely recommending you (already have to a few) to anyone I come across showing any interest in my new toys (and my cutting down to much less than half the analogs I was smoking - I'm gettin' there...). Of course they have the required reading of this forum (ECF) as well LoL...

I'm afraid tho', I don't want to tell too many, and lose out on catching when you get more Riva's in stock!

Hey, just telling it like it is!

I hear that! But I think I can take the chance even if it means sacrificing buying yet another Riva! But, man, I want to try an eGo, now, to compare! Darn me and my stupid curious nature!

I may need to take on another job to support this new obsession.

LoL Well, after the 2 ego kits, PT and all the attys/carts/cartos the heart could desire... and so few paychecks left between now and Xmas, and people I'd like to have a kit... I could be selfish and just get all three for myself, and just TELL them where to buy them NEXT time they're available ;o)

YES! That would be where those LF business cards would come in handy! (*hint hint* Abe? Ty?) Just slap a bow on one of those, and Merry Christmas!!!

Exactly! Was nice to come home and have a package in the mailbox again today (got it before USPS updated, of course). Happily playing with my new attys and 900mah batty! Wait, or is that ME that is batty? Nic high? So, now... six eGo battys (one a PT) lined up on the back of my sofa... I need more juice LoL. DIY here I come! (Unfortunately, checking account needs more juice too...).

Batty? Me too. I gotta switch to some low-nic or 0 nic juice. Man, I must have some serious oral fixation issues, because I'm totally chain-vaping on the Riva, and it's got me wired all night! It is almost literally *never* out of my hand. When I was smoking I had to step outside, sit in my car, wherever it was okay to smoke, so I wasn't THIS bad. But now??? I'm up surfing the net at 4 am knowing I have to be up in a couple hours, still puffing away. Oy!

Need to gas up the checking account, as well. I have to place another order. I can't stop! :|

Yup, only reason I'm probably not hospitalized from nic OD is because I knew I'd be chain-vaping (hmmm... obsessive? I don't know the meaning of the word) and got lower doses for most of my starters (11-18mg range). NOW, hoping to not buy another pack of analogs after these last six are gone (can I stretch them 2 days??? or will they be up in smoke tomorrow?), I'm desperately needing my juice orders to finish gettin' processed from these other vendors. GAH! Good thing I did order a 30ml 24mg flavorless and 30ml 24mg Red Energy from LF and have it on hand LoL

You know what's stupid? Today I was reaaaaaaally pressed for time, and trying to do a million things at once, before a meeting. That's not the stupid part. (Well, it sort of is, because I was also goofing off online when I shouldn't have been. It's tough to stay focused on the days I work from home.)

So, I was in my car, with a half carton of Marlboros in my glovebox (which I have not touched in over a month!). I had my one of my Smokestiks with me (I carry that one because it usually attracts less attention at red lights than my Rivas), but this was the first time I wanted an analog. You know why? I wanted the experience of lighting it up! That's it, flicking that lighter, taking that first drag... Plus, I can't hold the e-cig in my lips to be hands-free. I've seen pics of Leo DiCaprio doing that, riding his bike, dangling a Smokestik from his lip, and I'm thinking he must have some really strong lips! I tried, but it kinda ruins it when I have to struggle to keep it in place with my teeth. Are there exercises for this? :p

I will have you know that I resisted the temptation. I did NOT light up. I just pulled out the SS and vaped the heck out of it. Go me!

But how dumb is that, to almost give in because I missed the experience of lighting up??

I just filled another cartomizer on the Riva (my last one - have an order on the way). Yeah, I'll be up all night, again...
